Intivion follows rational unified processes (RUP) for executing projects. Its an iterative model of development where the customer is involved in the project right from the word "go". Our development process is also very similar to agile development, wherein, once we receive the requirements from the customer, we provide html mockups of the application as per our understanding. The user of the system along with the client cross verifies the html mockup screens and suggests changes. This is the most important phase of the application development. The project team members and the client along with the users get fully accustommed with the new system.
Once the requirements are signed off in accordance with the html mockups, our technical architect gets the project framekwork and data model in place. This is the primary input to the developers. We also deliver intermidiate releases to take continous feedback from the client on the development. This avoids any surprises to the client at the later stage of development activities. On completion of the development, the application (if a web application) is hosted at our staging server, which can be tested by client for system and User acceptance testing.
The client has the option to host the application on Intivion's Production server. Intivion takes full responsibility of the quality of the software developed. We see our growth in clients growth. |
