President and Chief Executive Officer

Aman drives the company's overall business direction, strategy and execution. Bringing more than 16 years of software experience to Intivion, Aman was a Senior Project Manager at Reliance Infosolutions (An IT branch of Reliance Industries, India).
Aman is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP, USA).
Having founded Intivion in 2006, Aman has taken up varied responsibilities as the situation demanded in a startup.

Anil Bhatkar
Vice President Engineering and Technical Operations

Anil Bhatkar has over 22 years of experience in Project management, software architecture design and Application development with demonstrated success in leading teams to deliver products on time and from concept to release. Anil has been instrumental in managing large software engineering and IT development teams, delivering complex product engineering and applications management projects using multiple technology stacks.
At Intivion, Anil heads the Offshore Delivery team and is responsible for delivering projects on time and in budget.

Shubhada Sheriff
Vice President Projects and Alliances

Shubhada has more than 15 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management and Account Management in the IT industry. She is an expert in Agile Project Management. Having delivered more than $10 million worth agile projects for a fortune 500 company, at Intivion, Shubhada is spear heading the agile projects business unit. She has bagged the "Best Managed Project" award from a top 5 IT services company in India.
Shubhada is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, USA and also a Certified Scrum Master, through Scrum Alliance.

Ying Panagiotou
Vice President Worldwide Marketing

Ying is heading the Business Development team at intivion. She is responsible for market intelligence gathering, formulating and directing marketing activities and policies. Ying has a degree in computer science and also in Banking & Finance. Having spent more than a decade in the Finance industry, Ying is leading Intivion to make its mark in the Forex Trading industry.
She brings with her a deep insight in the Forex Trading domain since she has been involved in different areas in the Forex industry from where she has gained an extensive knowledge of the Forex market.
